Logon using Sectona App

 Users whose multi-factor authentication type has been set to Sectona App will require an OTP generated on the Sectona app in addition to their username and password to logon. The procedure to logon is as follows:

Procedure:

1. Download the Sectona application from the Play Store or App Store.
2. Login to the system with your username and password and simultaneously open the Sectona mobile application.
3. If it's your first login, Sectona will display a QR code on the screen. Scan the QR code using the Sectona mobile application.
4. Once the QR is scanned, you will find a 6-digit code on your mobile screen. Enter this code on the system.
5. You will be able to log on.

This is only valid when the User Access policy assigned to you has its MFA set as App Authentication .
