Dashboard

Sectona dashboard helps system administrators view and manage activities over multiple graphical representations and aggregation widgets. Dashboard options are designed around critical components including assets, accounts, users, productivity, and system health. List of widgets available within the dashboard includes:

Assets

The Asset dashboard displays various fields such as Summary, Snapshot, Asset Activity and Asset with linked accounts.

  • Summary: 'Summary' displays the total number of assets in the system.

  • Snapshot: 'Snapshot' gives details about the Unmanaged Assets, Assets never accessed, Discovered Assets, and Unreachable Assets. 'Unmanaged assets' displays a number of assets that do not have accounts linked to the asset. 'Assets never accessed' displays the number of assets that are never accessed even once. 'Discovered Assets' displays the number of assets that are discovered through the asset discovery job and vaulted on the system. 'Unreachable Assets' displays the number of assets that are not reachable via the system.

  • Asset Activity: 'Asset Activity' displays the number of activities on the assets performed in the last 24 hours. 

  • Asset with linked accounts: 'Asset with linked accounts' displays the number of assets that have linked accounts.

Accounts

The Accounts dashboard displays various fields such as Account Inventory, Account Snapshot, Newly Discovered accounts, Accounts never accessed and Account membership.

  • Account Inventory: 'Account Inventory' displays the total number of accounts in the system.

  • Account Snapshot: 'Account Snapshot' gives the details about Unverified accounts, Synced accounts, Out of Sync accounts, Unmanaged accounts. 'Unverified accounts' displays the number of accounts that are not linked to any account groups. 'Synced accounts' displays the number of accounts whose passwords are synced with the system. 'Out of Sync accounts' displays the number of  accounts whose passwords are not synced with the system. 'Unmanaged accounts' displays the number of accounts. 

  • Newly Discovered accounts: 'Newly Discovered accounts' displays the number of newly discovered accounts through account discovery job.

  • Accounts never accessed: 'Accounts never accessed' displays the number of accounts that were never accessed via the system.

  • Account membership: 'Account membership' displays the number of account groups.

Users

The User dashboard displays various fields such as User inventory, Users by status, Users by role, Users by authentication, Recently added users, User Security, Active user groups and User Snapshot

  • User inventory: 'User inventory' displays the number of users in the system.

  • Users by status: 'User by status' displays the users by their status. Status can be Active, Locked, Dormant or Disabled.

  • Users by role: 'Users by role' displays the users by their roles. Default roles available are Administrator, User, Auditor and Approver.

  • Users by Authentication: 'Users by Authentication' displays the number of users by the authentication type they are assigned to.

  • Recently added users: 'Recently added users' displays the number of users that were recently added to the system.

  • User Security: 'User Security' gives details about Users never logged in, Users without entitlements, Users never accessed and Users without instances. 'Users never logged in' displays the number of users who never logged in to the system. 'Users without entitlements' displays the users that are not entitled to access any accounts. 'Users never accessed' displays the users that have never logged in to the system. 'Users without instances' displays the number of users that are not assigned to any instance.

  • Active user groups: 'Active user groups' displays the user groups in the system.

  • User Snapshots: 'User Snapshots' gives the details about Users in multiple groups, Users in multiple instances, Users without MFA. 'Users in multiple groups' displays the number of users belonging to multiple user groups. 'Users in multiple instances' displays the number of users that have been assigned to multiple instances. 'Users without MFA' displays the number of users who do not have MFA applied.

Productivity

The Productivity dashboard displays various fields such as Password Management, Task Management, Workflow Activities, Session Activity, and User Activity Analysis.

  • Password Management: 'Password Management' displays the current status of the password of all the accounts. Status can be Unverified, Sync or Out of Sync. 

  • Task Management: 'Task Management' displays the current summary of the status of the total task. The status can be Success, Failed or Pending.

  • Workflow Activities: 'Workflow Activities' displays the current status of the workflow requests. The status can be Approved, Rejected or Pending. 

  • Session Activity: 'Session Activity' displays the session activity summary in the 24 hours. The summary consists of Total session duration, Total Sessions, and Average session duration.

  • User Activity Analysis: 'User Activity Analysis' displays user activity on a time basis.  

Health

The Health dashboard displays various fields such as System service system, Log storage(Local), Vault Storage, License status, CPU utilization(Application), Vault replication status.

  • System service system: 'System service system' displays the current status of App services in the system.

  • Log storage (Local): 'Log storage(Local)' displays the storage capacity of the vault on the primary node.

  • Vault Storage: 'Vault Storage' displays the storage capacity for video session management on the primary node.

  • License status: 'License status' displays the license utilization against the total license.

  • CPU utilization (Application): 'CPU utilization(Application)' displays the CPU utilization of the primary and secondary servers.

  • Vault replication status: 'Vault replication status' displays the vault replication status across the different nodes configured.

  • Remote Site: 'Remote Site' displays the count of all the remote nodes configured in the system.

Please note that you can navigate to the respective tabs by clicking on Manage and View links option on the dashboard.
