Using workflow

Workflow is a mechanism that lets you access Assets that are currently not mapped to you. This may be done either by providing you with the password of the Assets' corresponding Account or by granting direct access to the respective Asset. But first, you will need to send a Password Checkout Request for the password or an Access Request for direct access. Requests will reach Approvers defined in the Workflow hierarchy for verification. Once the approvers approve, users can access or checkout the password of the requested target asset.
