Sectona allows administrators to demonstrate compliance with session log reviews via the Review session feature.
Administrators or users with the privilege of viewing session logs can review the session. Explicit permissions to users can be provided via User - Security Settings. Navigate to Manage → Users → Select a user → Click on action tab → Security settings → Session view restricted to. You can select either allow access to session logs for a single or multiple user or account groups.
Delegate session review to another user
To request any user part of the system to review particular sessions, navigate to the Session tab and then to the Session View tab. Click on the session ID you want to review or re-review. A session review window will be displayed.
Displays the current status of the session. Here there are two options, Review and Re-Review
Select the user you wish to delegate user review.
If you are the administrator of the system and have the right to review the sessions, follow the steps below to tag a review:
Navigate to the Session tab and then to the Session View tab.
Click on the session ID you want to review or re-review. A session review window will be displayed.
Select the status as reviewed or re-reviewed
