Creating the Dashboard

The dashboard is nothing but a summarized story in real time. It provides information regarding the contents of the system. The ideal dashboard is typically a page containing a quick reflection of the summarized data. The dashboard can be customized using the following widgets:-

• Active Categories

• Asset Inventory

• Unmanaged Assets: Displays a number of assets that do not have accounts linked to the asset.

• Discovered Assets: Displays the number of assets that are discovered through the asset discovery job and vaulted on the system.

• Account Inventory: Displays the total number of accounts in the system.

• Synced Accounts: Displays the number of accounts whose passwords are synced with the system.

• Out of Sync Accounts: Displays the number of accounts whose passwords are not synced with the system.

• Newly Discovered Accounts: Displays the number of newly discovered accounts through the account discovery job.

• Account Never Accessed: Displays the number of accounts that were never accessed via the system.

• Assets with Linked Accounts: Displays the number of assets that have linked accounts.
