Navigating dashboard
The dashboard is nothing but a summarized story in real-time. It provides information regarding the contents of the system. The ideal dashboard is typically a page containing a quick reflection of the summarized data. The dashboard on Spectra is divide into the following fields:
Summary: 'Summary' displays the total number of assets in the system.
Snapshot: 'Snapshot' gives details about the Unmanaged Assets, and Discovered Assets. 'Unmanaged assets' displays a number of assets that do not have accounts linked to the asset. 'Discovered Assets' displays the number of assets that are discovered through the asset discovery job and vaulted on the system.
Account Inventory: 'Account Inventory' displays the total number of accounts in the system.
Account Snapshot: 'Account Snapshot' gives the details about Synced accounts and Out of Sync accounts. 'Synced accounts' displays the number of accounts whose passwords are synced with the system. 'Out of Sync accounts' displays the number of accounts whose passwords are not synced with the system.
Newly Discovered accounts: 'Newly Discovered accounts' displays the number of newly discovered accounts through account discovery job.
Accounts never accessed: 'Accounts never accessed' displays the number of accounts that were never accessed via the system.
Asset with linked accounts: 'Asset with linked accounts' displays the number of assets that have linked accounts
Configuration: ‘Configuration’ displays the number of applications in which elevation is allowed, number of applications that are blacklisted, and number of applications in which elevation is not allowed.
Asset Insights: ‘Asset Insights’ displays the list of software installed on the machine along with the number of accounts that has administrative rights.
Activities: ‘Activities’ displays the number of elevations performed, blocked, requested along with the number of requests for full admin right.
