How to access EPM console

This section will help you log in to the Sectona EPM web console:

  • Go to your browser. View supported browser types here. 

  • Browse Sectona Web Access URL.

  • Enter the Username and Password.

  • Click on Login. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled, you will be prompted with a QR code to register your mobile phone with the system.

If you have multiple Active Directories configured with the system, then use the "username@domain_name" format to log in.

Before you log into the console

  • Make sure that the communication is open to Sectona Web Access from your desktop/laptop.

  • Make sure you have the Sectona Web Access URL available with you, and you have your User ID created for login.

Login to Sectona Web Access using multi-factor authentication

There are multiple MFA methods available. Depending on your MFA configuration, you will be prompted for the corresponding MFA.

Sectona authentication - OTP

Enter the OTP generated on the Sectona app in MFA pop-up.

SMS OTP

Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number via SMS in MFA pop-up.

Email OTP

Enter the OTP sent to the registered email address in MFA pop-up.

Third-party application MFA

Depending on the third-party application configured for dual-factor authentication, you will be prompted to specify OTP (for example, Google authenticator).

Sectona Authenticator will no longer be supported from February 1st, 2025.

After successful login, you will be redirected to your MyAccess page of Sectona PAM.

Click on the :sym1: button and select the EPM option from the drop-down list to switch to Endpoint Access page.
