You can update notification rule with the help of below mentioned steps. Once a notification rule is set for a particular rule, if you need to perform certain changes say for example, update the email-id or set a schedule time or active/deactivate the rule and so on can be established with help of few steps. To update any notification rule, you need to perform following steps.

Procedure:

  1. Log in to Sectona
  2. Go to Configuration → Notification Rules → Select the notification template you wish to update
  3. Fill in the updated details
  4. Click on Save button.
  5. Perform action based on the updated notification template
