In an IT environment, several password change policies might be set in motion to prevent misuse of passwords. However, you can configure an account such that it will not be affected by the active password change policies and its password will remain constant. This can be achieved as follows:

Procedure:

  1. Go to Manage → Accounts → Click on the action button of the desired account → Manage Account.
  2. In the Edit Account form, uncheck Enforce Password Change .
  3. Click on Save.
