Static account groups are the ones that are created manually using the Static rule method. You can add accounts to a static user group in the following three ways:

Procedure:

Using Asset management:

  1. Go to Manage → Asset Management → Click on the action button of the asset → Manage linked accounts.
  2. Click on the action button of the preferred account → Manage linked groups.
  3. Tick the checkbox of the group.
  4.  Click on Save.

Using Account management:

  1. Go to Manage → Account Groups → Click on the action button of the account group → Linked accounts.

  2. Click on Add Accounts → Select the account to be added → Save.

Using Accounts:

  1. Go to Manage → Accounts → Click on the action button of the account → Manage Linked Groups.

  2. Select the static group to which you want to add the account.
  3. Click on Save.
