This is valid only for users whose MFA is set either to Sectona app OTP or Sectona app-based push authentication. In case you uninstalled the Sectona app and are installing it again, if you are switching phones, or for any other reason which might require reinstalling the Sectona app, you will need to re-configure your app as follows:

Procedure:

  1. Go to your User Profile → Settings → Multifactor.
  2. Click on Reset.
  3. Scan the bar code displayed on the screen using your Sectona app.
  4. Enter the OTP generated on the app.
  5. Click on Validate.
