Assigning a role to a user implies giving additional access so that the user might be able to perform the specified role. These roles are flexible and can be allocated, changed or de-allocated as per our requirement. To assign a User Role follow the procedure described below:

Procedure:

  1. Go to Manage → Users → Select the user whose role you want to change .
  2. In 'Edit User' choose a User Role from the existing ones.
  3. Click on Update.
