Define account dormancy threshold
The dormancy threshold describes the minimum number of days for which an account can remain dormant before being automatically locked. This is useful in identifying and getting rid of redundant or inactive accounts. Once an account gets locked, it can only be unlocked by the global administrator or his equivalent.
Procedure:
- Go to Configuration → Multifactor Authentication → Sectona Authentication.
- Under the 'Sectona Authentication password & Lockout Policy' section, set the required Account Dormancy Threshold in terms of days.
- Click on Save.
