Issue with full screen visibility after launching RDP session
Issue:
The error occurs due to the resolution mismatch between the launcher and the user system so .
This can be resolved by making it same or as per your desire.
Resolution:
To resolve and check this issue–
Navigate to Settings in PAM console with the user profile >> Launcher Settings >> Define the desired resolution and check.
Now, test the launcher-based session from that end point device which will work seamlessly.
