Issue with RDP or SSH session Establishment

Issue description: 

  • User is not able to take RDP or SSH session. 

  • Check port connectivity from the user’s machine to PAM Server through Telnet. The telnet response should not be blank. 

Resolution: 

To resolve and check this issue–  

  • While using telnet output should be SSH-2.0-Server (Session Proxy) running on X.X.X.X:22. 

  • If the output is not coming, then this can be resolved by the customer network team.

 Post getting this response from users machine we can test and verified that all the RDP and SSH session will work.
