User Roles envelop unique sets of permissions which facilitate a user to achieve a desired outcome. While configuring a particular role, you can customize it by defining various combinations of read and write permissions.
Procedure:

Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.

Go to User Management→ User Role Management → Add user role.

Fill in the details.

Check the read and write boxes as required for the access.

Click on Save.
