Scheduling a report

To schedule a report, follow the given steps:

  • Login to the system and select EPM from the product navigator.

  • Go to Reports → You can either click on the Scheduler button on the top right and select the the report title or click on the report that you want to schedule.

  • Click on the more options (3 dots) icon placed at the top-right corner of the screen.

  • Click on +New Report Scheduler button.

  • Recipient Email: Provide the email address of the person to whom scheduled reports must be sent.

  • Select CSV or PDF as a report format from the drop-down menu.

  • Scheduler Basis: Select whether you want to schedule the report for a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Here the selection is applicable for a particular date, a particular day of the week or for a particular month

  • Initiate Schedule From: Provide the start date of the scheduler.

  • Scheduler Time: Provide a specific time for scheduling the report. Here you can tick the ‘Any’ checkbox in case of general time.

  • Make sure to toggle the status slider set to ‘Active’ by default.

  • Click on the Save button.
