Modify SSH/PowerShell/Telnet access-based task library

You can modify the task library as per the requirement or organization’s needs. This means, the entire output of the executed task will be seen in Privileged Task Management logs. You can add or remove the tags or commands which are predefined as required. Note that you cannot delete any task library, you can only modify them. These tasks can run on a Windows or Unix asset by specifying the respective asset type. To modify SSH/PowerShell/Telnet access-based task library, you need to perform below recommended steps:

Procedure:

  1. Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.
  2. Go to Manage → Task Library
  3. Choose the task library you wish to modify and click on its task name
  4. Update the parameter you wish to modify
  5. Click on Update button.
