Set DUO OTP as the Multifactor authentication policy

DUO OTP is a type of multi-factor authentication supported by Sectona. A global administrator or his equivalent can assign this authentication type to a user using the following procedure:

Procedure:

1. Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.
2. Under the Authentication section → Multifactor Authentication → DUO → Save.
3. Under the Authentication section → Logon Policy.
4. Click on Add Policy and fill the details.
5. Enter details and set MFA type as Duo in the form that appears.
6. Make sure to toggle Active status slider.
7. Click on Save.
8. To assign this policy to Users go to User Management → Users.
9. Click on the user you want to assign the policy to.
10. In the form that appears, go to Logon Policy and set the desired policy.
11. Click on Update.
