Add a User manually

Adding users manually is one of the three methods for adding new users to Sectona PAM. You can choose to add users manually when the number of users to be added is minimal.


  1. Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.
  2. Go to User Management→ Users → Add User.
  3. Set the Authentication Type as 'Sectona Authentication' and fill in the user details.
  4. Provide User Role and User Logon Policy.
  5. Click on Save.
  6. Go to PAM → Manage → User Management → User → Add User
  7. Select the desired user from the dropdown list.
  8. Provide the desired user access policy.
  9. If you want to add this particular user to a User Group, click on Save+Manage Groups.
  10. If you want to add another user, click on Save+New.
