Reset your password

In case you forget your password, you can reset it by using the Forgot Password option on the Logon page. 

Procedure:

  1. Go to the Logon page.

  2. Click on the Forgot Password option.

  3. Enter your username.

  4. Enter the OTP displayed on the Sectona App screen, on your mobile.

  5. Create a new password and re-type it to confirm.

  6. Click on Change Password.

  7. Your password will be updated.


To change your password using this feature, your mobile should be configured with the Sectona App.
