Users whose multi-factor authentication type has been set to DUO OTP will need to provide an OTP generated on the DUO app along with their credentials at the time of logon.
Procedure:

Download the DUO app from Google Play Store or App Store, if not already done. Set up DUO MFA here.

Login into System with your credentials. A QR code is generated.

On your phone, scan this QR code on the DUO app . An OTP will be displayed on the app.

Enter this OTP on the system.

You will be able to log on.
