Reset Microsoft MFA

Procedure

End User

1. Go to your User Profile → Settings → Multifactor. 

2. Click on Reset. 

3. Scan the bar code displayed on the screen using the Microsoft Authenticator app. 

4. Enter the OTP generated on the app. 

5. Click on Validate. 

Administrator

1. Login into the PAM as Admin. 

2. Go to the Product navigator and Select Platform Configuration. 

3. Navigate to the User Management Section and click on Users. 

4. Search for the desired user and click on the Action button . 

5. Select on Reset Multifactor, Select Microsoft Authenticator from the drop down and click on Reset Button.
