Onboard assets during Asset Discovery
Sectona provides you the option of auto-onboarding assets while running an asset discovery job. All the assets belonging to the specified category which are discovered during the scan, will be onboarded automatically. This can be achieved as follows.
Procedure:
- Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.
- Go to Manage→ Asset Discovery→ New Asset Discovery Job.
- Choose the preferred type of scan.
- Provide details for the discovery job and set Onboard Assets→ Yes.
- Click on Save+Run Now.
The Asset Discovery Job applies only to the Instance that it was created in. To change instance go to My Access Page→select the desired Instance from the dropdown menu.
