Initiate & Manage Review Cycles

The process of executing a scheduled/non-scheduled review master is known as the Review cycle. PAG User who can create/ initiate a request can run and have access to the review cycle. One can stop the execution of review cycles by reconfiguring the review master and updating the scheduler type to "once."

Administering review master periodically ensures determined auditing preparation aligned with compliance regulations. Validating each review cycle gives access certificates to the requested reviews once approved and eradicates potential threats by remediating abnormalities on its rejection.

Creating new cycle for user access

To verify if user is able edit user access review, you need to perform following actions:

• Log in to Sectona → Go to Privileged Account Governance

• Go to Manage → Click on User Access

• Choose any of the review created, click on Action arrow → Click on Create cycle

• A dialogue box for confirmation will appear, Click on “Yes” button.

Creating new cycle for entitlement review

To verify if user is able edit user access review, you need to perform following actions:

• Log in to Sectona → Go to Privileged Account Governance

• Go to Manage → Click on Entitlement

• Choose any of the review created, click on Action arrow → Click on Create cycle

• A dialogue box for confirmation will appear, Click on “Yes” button.
