Working with assets

This section will help you view the target assets available for access and guides you through the steps to access them. The purpose of accessing target assets through the Sectona PAM portal is to facilitate faster and easier access to target assets directly. You do not have to remember the credentials of the target assets. Moreover, within the asset view, you will see all the target assets you have been assigned authorized access. With the click of a connect button, you will be logged on to the target asset directly without having to go through the hassle of remembering all the passwords, which lets you focus on your daily business activities.

Depending on whether you access through the web console or the Sectona client, steps to gain access through both methods are described in this section:

Accessing assets through Sectona Web Console
