You need to share an ongoing session with an additional entity to monitor the ongoing session or to share the ongoing session.
Before You Begin

Make sure the user has Session Collaboration enabled in the user access policy assigned.
Procedure to Collaborate a session

Login to the system and select PAM from the Product Navigator

Start a session you wish to collaborate with.

On the top right section, click on Collaborate.

A Session Collaboration Invite window will pop up. Fill in the Username, Email ID of the recipient, and Comment to the recipient.

Toggle the allow control option, to enable the collaborator to control the screen.

When the recipient clicks on the link received on mentioned email, the entity will be able to collaborate with the ongoing session.
