Generate a system defined report on inactive users
You can generate a report of users who have been inactive for the last 7 days. This provides an insight into user-activity and helps recognize dormant users.
Procedure:
- Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.
- Go to Manage → Analytics.
- Choose the 'List of recent inactive users' from the sidebar.
- You will be shown a report based on recently inactive users.
- Click on PDF/CSV/Excel to view the report in the respective format.
Ensure that your User Role provides you access to the Analytics section. Users without such a User Role will not be able to view canned reports. You can also schedule reports over mail.
