Generate a system defined report on rejected password requests
Administrators or users whose custom-defined User Roles allow them access to the Analytics section, can generate and view a canned report on rejected password requests for the last 7 days. Such a report mentions all the details of the requests such as the request ID, the status of the request, date of request, user details of the users who requested, etc. This report can also be downloaded in PDF, CSV, or Excel format.
Procedure:
- Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.
- Go to Manage → Analytics.
- Choose 'Rejected Password Requests' from the sidebar.
- You will be shown a report based on the rejected password requests.
- Click on PDF/CSV/Excel to view the report in the respective format.
Ensure that your User Role provides you access to the Analytics section. Users without such a User Role will not be able to view canned reports. You can also schedule reports over mail.
