Generate a system defined report on Users active in multiple Groups
You can generate a report on users who are active in more than one group. Such a report will present you with the user details, their role, the groups they belong to, and the rule method for the respective group.
Procedure:
- Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.
- Go to Manage → Analytics.
- Choose 'List of users active in more than one group' from the sidebar.
- You will be shown a report based on the users who are active in more than one group.
- Click on PDF/CSV/Excel to view the report in the respective format.
Ensure that your User Role provides you access to the Analytics section. Users without such a User Role will not be able to view canned reports. You can also schedule reports over mail.
