Generate a system defined report on recently locked user
Administrators or such users whose custom-defined User Roles allow them access to the Analytics section can generate and view a canned report on the users who have been locked in the last 7 days. The report mentions all the details such Locked on, User details, User Role, Status, etc. This report can also be downloaded in PDF, CSV, or Excel format.
Procedure:
- Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.
- Go to Manage → Analytics.
- Choose 'List of recent locked users' from the sidebar.
- You will be shown a report on the users who have been locked in the past 7 days.
- Click on PDF/CSV/Excel to view the report in the respective format.
Ensure that your User Role provides you access to the Analytics section. Users without such a User Role will not be able to view canned reports. You can also schedule reports over mail.
