Assigning a role to a user implies giving additional access so that the user might be able to perform the specified role. These roles are flexible and can be allocated, changed or de-allocated as per our requirement. To assign a User Role follow the procedure described below:
Procedure:

Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.

Go to User Management → Users → Select the edit icon corresponding to the user whose role you want to change.

In 'Edit User' choose a User Role from the existing ones.

Click on Update.
The role you want to assign the user should already be defined. To configure a User Role refer to
