Assigning Tags to users

Tags are functional labels which automatically group together all the Users with similar tags. You can tag a User as follows.


  1. Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.
  2. Go to Common Masters Column → Tags. Check whether the tag you want to assign already exists in the displayed list. 
  3. If not, create a new tag by clicking on the Add Tag button and fill in the name and description. Click on Save.
  4. If your tag exists, Go back to User Management →Users→select the User you want to assign the tag to.
  5. In 'Edit User' mention the required tag in the Tag field.
  6. Click on Update
