Assigning Tags to users
Tags are functional labels which automatically group together all the Users with similar tags. You can tag a User as follows.
Procedure:
Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.
Go to Common Masters Column → Tags. Check whether the tag you want to assign already exists in the displayed list.
If not, create a new tag by clicking on the Add Tag button and fill in the name and description. Click on Save.
If your tag exists, select Platform Configuration from the Product Navigator → User Management →Users → Select the User you want to assign the tag to.
In 'Edit User' mention the required tag in the Tag field.
Click on Update
