By default, sessions on Sectona are recorded in videos. Global administrators or their equivalents can customize these videos. Grayscale videos occupy less space and thus are easy to store. To record videos in greyscale, proceed as follows:
Procedure:

Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.

Go to General Configuration → Video Recording → Enable the Greyscale checkbox.

Click on Save.
