Adding a database (MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle) asset

You can add your database onto Sectona as an asset to control and regulate privileged access to important data. Sectona supports MSSQL (2008, 2012, 2017), MYSQL and Oracle(10g,11g,12c) database versions. You can specify the type of asset you want to add i.e. MYSSQL, MYSQL or Oracle in the 'Asset Type' field. To add a database asset to Sectona, proceed as follows:

Procedure:

1. Go to Manage → Asset Management → Add Asset.
2. Choose Asset category: Database, Asset type: MYSQL/ MSSQL/Oracle, Asset version: (the database version).
3. Fill in the details.
4. Click on Save.
