Define User dormancy threshold
The dormancy threshold describes the minimum number of days for which a user account can remain dormant before being automatically locked. This is useful in identifying and getting rid of redundant or inactive user accounts. The account dormancy will be applicable as per organisation policies or between 30 to 45 days set by default. Once an account gets locked, it can only be unlocked by the global administrator or his equivalent.
Procedure:
Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.
Go to Authentication → Sectona Authentication.
Under the 'User Lockout Policy' section, set the required Account Dormancy Threshold in terms of days.
Click on Save.
