The global administrator or his equivalent can add recipient emails who will be notified via email every time an account is deleted.
Procedure:

Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.

Go to Setup→ Notification Rules.

Click on Add Notification Rule.

Fill in the details → Select the notification type.

Fill in the other details.

Click on Save.
System Notification Service should be in running.
