You can add programs other than those defined in the Program Repository as follows.
Procedure:

Login to the system and select PAM from the product navigator.

Go to Policies → Server Access Policy.

Select windows tab.
-
Click on Program Repository → click on Add Program → fill up the details.

Click on Save.
