The administrator or his equivalent can define a brief interval of time such that only after this specified time has elapsed, can an unlocked account become accessible again. This threshold value is termed in Sectona as "Unlock Account After". You can set it as follows:
- Login to the system and select Platform Configuration from the product navigator.
- Go to Authentication → Sectona Authentication.
- Under the 'User Lockout Policy' section, specify the Unlock Account After field in 'minutes'.
- Click on Save.
